Problems with fairchild on 82 ch 717?

My mother in law is having problems with the odd transponders on 82. Trans 8 has a signal strenght of 75 but Trans 1 has strenght of 50. Check switch is getting an error on odd on 82 on two different sw21's.

Any ideas thanks.
 
I'm guessing that the 82 degree LNB might be failing
Its not uncommon for them to lose signal on odd or even transponders
She should call and book a service call
 
I changed the LNB as the old one had a hole in the plastic cover and it is working fine now.
