I just switched from Outlook 2000 to 2003, and I have a bunch of emails that come to me in HTML format that Outlook 2003 "tries" to display in plain text, which mumbles part of the information obviously. I have that issue with emails from craigslist among others.
I played with checking/unchecking all options in Outlook (even those for creating/sending): saving unicode, converting HTML, not using Word for email, etc., to no avail.
Any other suggestions?
BTW, I am running Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows 7 Pro. I have AVG free antivirus, which I thought was messing up my incoming emails, but even when uninstalled, I get the same results.
