Problems with a Verizon Red Flipshot phone?

Whenever I try to turn on my phone it goes to the vcast screen, loads all the way, turns off, does the same thing, and repeat -.- Plugging it in when it's off does the same thing. And then on those rare occasions when it does turn on the camera decides to work when it wants to. This started happening a few days ago, can anyone help? ;(
