Problems with a 1994 Chrysler LHS?

A couple questions i was just out going on a trip of 25 miles after about 7 miles i started to accelerate and my car stalled it took about a min to get it running again and it stalled again i finally got it running and came back home and let it sit it starts up fine now but it also has lost power when going up hills. Also My front driver seat wont recline up or back but the whole seat can move backwards and forwards and tilts what is the problem?
I also have notice that my little council device that tells the temperate and what direction ur going and your mile per gallons blinks on and off sometimes
 
No surprise there. Those cars (Intrepids too) have a long history of electrical issues making their reliability crap. Sounds like a hodge podge of malfunctions that would force me to get rid of it asap. The quaestion you should be asking is what is not wrong with the car? Get rid of it.
