Problems with 1999 Cadillac Devile Concours, help!?

So I just bought a 1999 cadillac concours today. I bought it private party. I got gas and went home and parked it. I went to move the car and it would not start. A security light came on and would not go away as i was sitting in the car. I cranked the ignition and i heard a wierd clicking noise like it wanted to start. After trying to mess with it for 30 minutes the car finally died. The lights started dimming worse and worse. Now the car stereo wont work, lights in the cabin wont work, and the windows wont roll up or down. But my blinker lights still work....

Could this be a dead battery?
Has anyone else had a problem like this b4?
 
that's just a dead battery or a bad connection on the battery remove both cables and clean them real good and try jump starting it off and see if its charging good,this could also be caused by a bad alternator not charging the battery real good in it,good luck with it.
