PRoblems switching old phone to new Razor V3

ok i have verizon wireless, not that it matters, i jsut not tried to switch to a new phone to replace my taped together retro one. I got a metallic blue/silver razor V3...its pretty awsome...anyway :lol:

when i did all the normal things to change phones over(BTW ive dont this numerous times before) after i went to turn the phone on it would activate and such but when i went to the website it says the razor is activated but yet my old phone doesnt work.....idk what happened......anybody got any ideas? :oops:


it says "activation incomplete" but my my old phone doesnt work, cant send/receive text or call/receive calls:flamemad:
 
Sounds like you might have to call customer service. Just let them know that you tried to switch phone on your own, but something failed; this way, they won't charge you an activation fee.
