okay i have a razr and i got blocked off a website for no reason cause of something someone hacked my name and did. i believe they had blocked my phone ip? (if possible? idk) but it will not let me on at all even after clearing cookies cache and history its like they permanently blocked ip or something because no way to do it by nuraber. i want to know is there anyway to get around this?

i did master reset.
i got subsidy code and reset browser.
cleared cookies and cache and history.

still no success. would buying a new phone help my situation? or would still be blocked on it? thanks for your help and time to read this.

yes it lets me on any other website but its locked me out of the air g c lounge and only way to contact them is through a pay as you go phone.

if i was to get another phone would that fix my problem though? im tired of my old razr but i just wanna make sure my ip addy will change once i get a new phone and for past 3 days every time i call cricket they are busy assisting other customers i can never get through
