Problem with Z140v

hi all
i have Z140v from Vodafone i'm trying to flash it using its usb cable and multidownloader, i select the firmware files and the corect com detected by the downloader, when i start to flash the phone exit the USB DOWNLOAD MODE and starts in NORMAL mode,
how to fix thi problem plz
