Problem with Youtube channel background image...?

I want to use a picture from my computer as a background on my YouTube channel, but when I click on upload the image it doesn't show up in the channel background! Does anybody know how to get the background image to show up in my channel? Please help!
 
This happens randomly sometimes. Try again and refresh your page. If it doesn't work try opening up the image in paint and resaving it under a new file name and try again.
