Hi i have a sony vaio laptop vgn cr510e, it had vista but i recently installed windows 7. I downloaded the driver for windows 7, and when i open the cam using arcsoft it says a webcam is not found or not working properly please connect to camera i click connect but nothing happens. I tried going to device manager and updating the driver, and nothing please help
