I have a problem with the serpantine belt coming off my 99 Dodge Caravan with a 3.0. The belt is almost brand new and the last time it came off I checked it and don't see any thing wrong with it. This problem only happens when it's raining. I can go many days with no problems but the instance it starts to rain it comes off. Just yesterday I drove it all morning long with no problems but when it rained in the afternoon it popped right off. I can put it back on but is will pop off again.
