Problem with TCC solenoid in a 2002 Dodge Neon ES 2.0 L eng?

I do have a 2002 Dodge Neon ES, I stared having problems with transmission , pulled a code P0740 , and I tried flushing the transmission with new screen my question is where the TCC solenoid is located and what I need to do to tested or maybe replaced , the transmission work bad at the first time but know with transmission flush it is doing very good , If you can help me on this one I will apreciate. Thank you everybody
