problem with t-mobile, some messages dont send to the other person?

Well I have been texting all day and everything was fine until like the last like 2 hours, some of my messages send, but they dont go to the other persons phone? It only sends about 2/3 pf the time sometimes 1/2. anyone else having this problem or is it my phone. My cell phone is a unlocked LG xenon
