Well,
I just received my seidio 4850 gps unit that I decided to order for my palm tx. Everything seems to have arrived that was supposed to, but I am having a problem keeping the power cord plugged into the cradle properly. I have to move the cord around when it is plugged in to get the power light on, and any movement of the cord causes power to go off. Something is wrong with the connection. Anyone else run into this problem? This is the trouble when you buy something you are not familiar with (I did not know what kind of product to expect from seidio). I also ordered a power cord to connect into the car electric system, and the there is a little plastic piece cracked off of the tip of the connection. I saw this little piece in the bag and could see it belongs on the tip of the cord. Because this piece is missing, this cord also does not plug into the cradle properly.
0/2 on connections is not a good start!
