problem with rebooting

Hey,

I have drift SPH-A503 rebooting every 15 to 30 seconRAB. I had it working on cricket last night. Loading the prl had the esn activated and made a few calls. I sent a txt out to my wife and had her send me one.

After her trying to send me a txt its restarted. I've tried a hard reset and it didn't help. I changed the mdm and min and the issue stopped. So I'm relatively sure its related to txting.

In QPST i have the option to change IPv6 options, Mobile IP options, and PPP settings. I've fiddled with them all trying to get it to work.

Is it possible its trying to hit the wrong network to grab txt msg? If so what are the IPs i should be using. also should i be using simple ip only?

I can provide screen shots if it might help someone.

This is none fixable.
The problem with the HELIO DRIFTS and HELIO HEATS
is that when ever someone senRAB you a MMS (Picture Message) for some unknown reason the phone will power cycle until the MMS (Picture Message) or TXT MESSAGE THROUGH INTERNET PAGES either gets rejected or finally canceles out.

Cancelling out can take up to three days. I advise you to tell people not to send you PIX Messaging or TXT messages through EMAIL or the Internet or you'll have this problem over and over again.

Thats the problem though it was sent as a normal txt msg.
