Problem with Photoshop 7.0...have you ever had this problem before?

I sure hope it's not saying that basically I'm going to need to buy a new Photoshop 7.0 because I don't want to have to do that! >> I don't have ANY money right now. Does anyone know how to fix this or what it might mean exactly? I have no idea how it happened.

I just tried opening up Photoshop and this came up. It won't even let me get into Photoshop. ):

Try this...

On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 then use arrow keys to highlight 'Last known good configuration' click on a user account, enter the password (if you don't know it, there probably isn't one so leave it blank) and hit return/enter.

If that doesn't work, try again, but this time highlight 'Safe Mode' click on a user account, enter the password (if you don't know it, there probably isn't one so leave it blank) and hit enter/return.

A window will pop up asking if you want to carry on with safe mode or use system restore. Choose system restore.
