My Phillips Gogear has frozen while I was deleting files. I tried resetting it by using a pen and did it several times for a long time but there was no result. When I plugged it into my PC the computer did not detect any Phillips Gogear opus 8GB so I could not try repairing it or updating it. What do I do now. I have left my player charging for more than an hour while it was frozen and there is no result. Please help me!! What do I do to get it back to normal!
