Problem with new bmx bike?

Well for christmas i got the stolen casino. So when me qnd my dad put the few parts thqt we were supposed to put on, i bunny hopped and the handle bars bent down towards the frame. My dad tightened it several times and yet it still bends down. This a completely new bike. Please help me on my problem
