problem with my honda cg 125 bike?

hiya i have a honda cg 125cc and it used to work fine till one day last year it backfired and wouldnt kick over since. it bump started once but since then nothing. when i try to bump start it now you can hear it wants to go but just doesnt.and when you kick start it it makes the noise but just doesnt start. any ideas?
 
Sounds like its probably something with the carburetor. Take it off the bike and clean it completely. If you are not too sure how to do that, consult someone who does, or give it to the shop. It could also just be bad gas. Worst case scenario is its electrical, I only say worst case, because electrical gremlins are tough to trace. Maybe the choke is not working, or the choke is stuck, many possibilities.....
