I bought a fixed gear road bike last year, and have recently replaced the tire on the back wheel. After installing the tire, the ride has not been the same. The bike doesn't feel stable, and when I ride, I hear a sound in the back like the wheel keeps brushing on something. I tried adjusting the wheel and straightening it, and the tire is full of air. Anyone know what is wrong. I'd hate to waste a perfectly good bike.
