Ok, i've had my car system hooked up for a few months now and everything has been working perfect. We were in a drought and werent getting any rain in that time frame. Just the other day it poured and when i turned my car on in the morning, the subwoofer wasn't bumpin. I opened the trunk and noticed there was a little water on the top of my amp but not a lot. Now the amp wont power the sub, so does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix it?

Remove the amp and dry it out completely - hook it back up, check the power supply and hope it works.
As I'm sure you know, water and electronics don't mix well.
