Every time I click on a friend in chat it instantly says they are offline and will not let me chat with them even though I know they are online. Anyone else have this problem?? Anyone know what I need to do??

Refreshing doesnt help either... as soon as I sign in to facebook and try to chat i have the same problem... With all my friends... I went thru and tried over 600 one time and everyone of them said they where offline after I clicked on them... I was even talking to a friend on the phone and he said he was online and its showed online on my end until i clicked on him and then it showed offline...
No one else is on my facebook, well I have the facebook application on my blackberry storm?? But I mean I havent been able to use this for the last 9 months or something, havent go it to work once... I use to use it all the time, then one day it stopped working for me
