Problem with exhaust on 92 Honda Accord?

My car is very loud, bad acceleration, smells like burning fuel often, rattles, and a funny noise coming from tailpipe when in park. Almost like someone beating softly on a drum? Engine light comes on occasionally. Had it checked, code 43 (fuel system). That is all they could tell me. I just replaced old spark plugs and wires a week ago thinking it would help because my car would cut off when I reversed with wheel turned. It stopped doing that. It vibrates aggressively when on brake, sometimes I am scared that the car will cut off. Can someone please give me some feedback as to what may be wrong and how to fix? Thanks.

What i would do first is get a new fuel pump and fuel filter... Im a do it myself kinda of guy and i own two honda's... If im right your fuel pump is under your back seat atleast that is where mine are and the fuel filter is in the engine bay against the fire wall...as for your wierd sound from your tail pipe it could be vibrating against something if its tucked real close it could be hitting the bottom of your car or possibly hittin your rear control arm or if u have alittle tip on the end it could be rattling..The vibrating is usually caused by warped brake rotors.. hope this helps!!!
