Since updating Norton virus on the computer windows media and canon utilities no longer recognise my canon 450D as device. when I click on 'import from scanner or Camera' the icon has vanished? i have tried refresh turning off and on.
Also, I have existing problem I cannot click on a website to be forwarded to another website it comes up wit 'application not recognised'?
i have 9,000 images from canon Camera on photo shop and windows media player i do not want to use norton backup online.
