PROBLEM WITH BIG BEAR QUAF BIKE STOPPIN WHEN WARM?

Okay 1994 Big Bear quad. Starts fine from cold. When it warms up it stalls and wont start for about half an hour when its cooler. If you throttle it past half way it misses and sputters. Also when its warm if you throttle it then straight off it will also stop and you have to wait til it cools down. Bike is in ood nick even though 1994 model. thanks for any assistance
