Hi, please let me know your opinion and advice. I got myself into the following situation.
Bought a car on Ebay from reputative dealer, 100ds of sales with 97% positive feedback. Paid money, shipping company tried to collect the car 3 times with no success.
It turned out the Seller actually was not auto dealership, but their former worker, who still used their ebay account. He registered the company with very similar name and used it to receive the money.
I have applied for help of Ohio department of motor vehicles and state ohio attorney. They are investigating the case. But it has been 4 months from the start of investigations, but there still was no move. THey are only gathering details and get ready to transfer the case to the police.
Meanwhile, the scummer claims he is going t return the money soon and keeps selling cars on ebay.
Would you pls give me a piece of advice how to act further to get my money back? Thank you
