Problem with Audiovox 10CD changer in my car?

My Audiovox 10CD changer in my car stopped working.
1. How do I get my stuck CDs out of the changer?
2.Where can I buy a new changer? And
3.How can I find out if the wiring or the CD changer unit is the problem?
 
If the metal piece is in front of the CD magazine is going to be impossible to
get the Cd's out. but if you can still see the magazine there is a manual eject on the back side just insert a small long screw driver and move to the left
