Problem with 2008 Chrysler Town and Country?

All the lights on the dash light up, windshield wipers are always on, windows and locks wont work,and speedometer go crazy. This happens when im driving, parked and the car is off. I would appreciate if u could help me because i don't have time and money to take it to the dealership. Thanks
 
Ck was right. But they call it a bcm [body control module]. Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. That should clear any faults in it, and it MAY work again for a while. These things aint cheap, and usually require a dealer or very well equipped shop to reflash the new one. No harm in taking CK's advice to have the old one flashed first, if it can be done. You should still be under warranty, right?
