Problem - Unable to recieve and download "images"

I've been with cricket over a month now, and everything has been relativly fine, until lately. I've been unable to recieve and download images with my v265 Motorala. I've called technical support, with no avail, the best they could do was *288 send and reactivate it. I pay monthly for unlimited text/talk and I have a camera phone, I don't see why I would have this problem. I'm able to send images, and send it to my self and be able to see it, with a little "paper clip" guess meaning it's download. But when I send that same image to another phone, and fwd it back to mine, as with anyone else sending me mulitmedia messages, a "clock appears" and it ask to download it. Usually, it just downloaRAB. But now, I click download, and 10 minutes later says "unable to download"...


Does anyone have a solution? Who to contact? What too do? Because I have no idea what I should do, and it shouldn't be like this, especially with this phone and a carrier. It's odd.
 
Well I'm in the exact same boat as you.

I have a Razr2 and for a while mms was working perfectly but now it tells me unable to download. Out of 10 pictures I may be able to download 2.

I have to get people to send the pictures to my email now because of it.

My mom and sister have problems with it too. My mom is using the a870 (siren) but she has a better success rate when it comes to downloading messages (around 70%) and my sister is having the 20% success rate I am. Not sure if it's because we both use motorola or not...

My girlfriend on the other hand is using a u740 phone that I flashed for her and she is having absolutely no problems with it comes to downloading pix. Kind of weird...

Hopefully they fix this problem soon.
