Problem please helpp

ok so i ran into this problem.. i have a rogers branded w580i .. so i was following a guide on how to debrand your phone.. thinking that debranding would unlock the phoen as well.. but after doing it. i realise it only debranded it but did not unlock.. so now i need help.. how can i unlock this?? is there any guide.. if not how can i put this back to the original rogers software please help
 
The easiest way to unlock the phone would be to take it to your local phone store and have it unlocked. You may have to pay a small fee, but just do that, hand them the phone, return whenever they instruct, and you should have a fully functional unlocked W580i :). De-branding will only get rid of all the Rogers icons (if any) and perhaps enable some of the features they disabled on the phone (again, if any). If for any reason you decide not to get it unlocked and want the original firmware back, you will have to search for the Rogers Branded software for the W580i. The place you got the phone de-branded should be able to do this for you (again, probably for a small cost). I can't see any reasons why you would want your old firmware back however, as unbranded firmware is a lot nicer looking and a lot faster in general. Good luck.
