any court issues you have had since the day after you were born to present will not look good when applying for a security clearance. now you didnt list what the charges were so im going to assume it was some miinor offense like tresspassing or something like that. while you wont have an issue getting charges like this waived to join, it is highly highly unlikely that you will qualify for a security clearance on your intial enlistment. im sure thats not what you wanted to hear, but contrary to other answerers here i dont have any "recruiter BS" to feed you.

well i am 16 now and i have been to court twice
i have grown up and am more mature now
but i cant change i went so...
i was wondering the military police in the marines you cant have any charges
well since ill be joining either the marines or the army military police will my juvenile record be gone after im 18 or what
and does that count when joining that i went to court when i was a kid
please i would like to know before i make my choice
thanks

What did you go to court for?

Yeah, juvenile offenses count. Don't believe any recruiter BS that it's "sealed," or "expunged." No court has the right to tell the FBI/DoD what is "sealed."

Assuming your trips to court were for anything other than traffic charges, you can't be military police. Find another MOS.
