Problem installing "Sportypal" apk into Android

I have the Android and I signed up via my computer to Android to create my account, which I am logged into right now.
I went to my Android and opened up my browser, then went to the website:

http://www.sportypal.com/Phones/Android

(BTW, I searched for the "Health" category in my Android device, but to no avail, I cannot not find it. Is there a "Health" option in Android"?)

I downloaded the Sportypal app to my Android and it downloaded successfully.

I tried installing the Sportypal app by clicking on "Install Now" into my Android.

I get an error saying "Sportypal cannot be installed on Android".

I tried this same step 3 times (so I have 3 different Sportypal downloads on my Android), but I get the same problem over and over again.
 
Just curious... what happens when you scan the QRCode with the Barcode scanner app? The QRCode on this page: http://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-sportypal-ijp.aspx
 
I have t-mobile Pulse android phone which runs on 1.5 OS.
So when I go to the android market directly from my phone it gives me the applications that can only run on my phone on 1.5 version of Android. So you might have downloaded this version of sportypal
There are two on the market sp 1.5 OS and SP normal version for Droid and all the other phones that have newer version of Android.
