problem connecting N70 to computer via usb

im trying to connect my N70 to my computer via usb but it keeps coming up with an error in windows saying "usb device not reconised". i know it is'nt the phone that is the problem because it connects via usb to another computer i have.

my boyfriend has the same phone and when he plugs it in, the computer connects to it and it all works fine.

has anybody got any ideas about how to fix it?

perhaps a hard reboot or format the phone will fix that...

that happens to me once in a while!! usually i just reboot my computer and then reconnect the phone !
