my son has a friend that has a probation violation, this young man has spent over 6 months already for a violation because he had 1 dirty ua and still owed on court fees, i am curious why he has to stay in jail for so long, his original offer before he did probation was 6 months jail time, he has completed 3 years of probation already and the last has been in jail with no answer to when he can or will ever get out we are paying for this with our tax dollars he had less than 1 oz of mj that was his crime
