A loved one got arrested for 5th dui. he blew .06. but was on probation. His bail is at 100k, and he was denied a bail reduction, plus there's a probation hold which enables him to be released even if someone came up with the 10k...who long can the probation hold be in effect? Can he get another bail reduction review? Help!!!!
probation hold....any one know about california law?
