probation: drug test, are only P.O aloud to give drug tests?

I have to take a drug/alcohol class for probation and i'm just wonderin' I don't do drugs but do you think i have to take a drug test my officer isn't gonna be there so whats up gimme sum answers I live in MN do the same probaion laws affect everywhere are only probation officers aloud to give drug tests or can they let people give them
