Pro-Con Army officer?

Just graduated from college and looking into becoming a officer for the U.S Army...Was wondering if anyone had some insight on a officer lifestyle?, Pro-Cons?, and do you have to go to enlisted bootcamp then OCS or go directly to OCS....any websites beside goarmy.com would be nice too.
