Printing Selected Appointments within Categories from Calendar

I am a Driving Instructor (for my sins !!) and am a heavy user of the T3

The most useful feature with the Calendar app is the Category facility. I distunguish between my different groups of pupils (Beginners, Partly Trained, Fully Trained, etc) by giving them different Category colours

I can print out my Calendar for a specific pupil Category, ie all the Partly Trained appointments, but now want to be able to print out all the lessons that a particular pupil has booked within the Partly Trained Category - Calendar, to my knowledge, will not let me do this

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I can achieve this - I would even consider purchasing an alternative Palm app that would allow selective printing out of appointments within a single Category

The Palm desktop is very weak on printing options and particularly does not allow you to filter and print items by category. This is very simple to do with Outlook so I suggest you look at that as Palm desktop alternative.
