Pricing on a 2005 Toyota Prius?

I spotted a local Prius here, where the dealer is selling it for $14,877 as the "Internet Blowout Price". Was just curious what people's thoughts are on this? I would be trading in a 99 Pontiac Grand Prix that has the 96,400 miles on it. The Prius has a little over 33,000 on it. The Prius has a clean record. Thanks all!
 
The 05 Prius does not sound like a good deal to me. The battery packs tend to last about 5 years, and replacement cost is $4000.00 minimum. For the price you mentioned you could get a Honda Civic newer, with fewer miles, and close to the same mpg. Check KBB for your local values. Good luck.
