Price of Used Honda Parts?

I recently got in to a wreck and I need to know the cost for a few parts of a 2001 Honda Civic 4 door LX:
1. Engine Hood
2. Right Fender
3. Top Roof
4. Front Bumper
5. Right Side View Mirror

Also, where would I be able to buy cheap and reliable parts from and how much would labor cost to put them in?
