Price of Paint Repair on Front Bumper of a 2008 Dodge Avenger?

Hi,
I was involved in an accident. The damage was scraping to the front driver's side of the car, the section in front of the wheel but just before the very front of the car. The car is a 2008 Dodge Avenger with a Silver Metallic Clear paint job. I was quoted $915 for the paint job. Is this a good estimate? Is painting the whole section the right way to go about fixing the damage?
 
Make dam sure you get all the screws and nuts and any hardware litterily replaced before you leave the shop, why ? If you drive down the road and the bumper falls right off, he'll say, How do I know you didnt take the screws out yourself ? Get my point ?
