what i meant was that the nextel stores around here do not keep phones in stock so when you start a line of service or upgrade your phone it has to be ordered.

Got my i860 awhile back for $349 plus $50 mail in rebate, two year contract extension. Honestly it's not worth the money. There are $49 phones from other Companies that are better. The hype and marketing from Nextel set the price.

I'm getting mine from amazon for 299 with a 200 mail in rebate, if I throw the motorola rebate at it for 50 it becomes a $50 phone. so maybe I'll have better satifaction....I hope so.
