It should just end with the third movie. There is a TON of source material, but eventually people will get tired of it. Might as well quit while they're on top (assuming the third movie is as good or better than TDK).

Awesome poster, there's another one out there (didn't save it) with Harley Quinn.

Riddler should definetely be in the next one, and I'm willing to bet that I know who plays it. The guy (forgot the actors name) that tries to blackmail Bruce Wayne and Mr Fox tells him off, his name is Mr Reese, sounds like Mysteries. Granted, Riddlers name is actually Edward Nigma (Enigma) but still, would be a cool turn in the story.
