Pretrial diversion and Czech background

I recently retail cafe with a regional capacity has been offered the role of a manager and I have been arrested with a pretrial diversion.

I completed the program but do not stop yet expunged. I was basically (very wrong) 3 (2 felonies) after allegations that a (protest arrest / o violence W) were misdemeanor prosecution at the pretrial diversion was arrested for.

It will employer to know, and I exclude? They are offering me a job bg check and offer letters are. Any input guys?
 
It is possible that your background check arrest and sports program, discover if your background check will include criminal record search. You can have your petitions - although effective action for the time probably has passed, you may be lucky (and, if not and your employer considers it a deal breaker, you will be covered next time) can be.
