If by loopholes you mean ending tax benefits for the middle and upper-middle class then yes, that's exactly what will happen. Like ending the mortgage tax credits and other things people like you and I actually use and can benefit from on our meager incomes. Corporations and hedge fund managers own politicians, their loopholes aren't going anywhere.
