...Amendment rights like fox news? When he won't go on Faux News because they are biased and represent the RNC. Faux does not say it is not biased or that they are not the RNC News they say President Obama is trying to silence them. Is it because they can't defend the biased claim and so go to a straw man argument.

Bush threw people in gan for expressing their right to freedom of speech when the spoke against him.

And your bitching about that?

Yeah, that Obama with his enemies list. Who does he think he is? Tricky Dick Nixon? Dick Cheney? Lamar Alexander? The GOP? Uppity man thinks he can call people out and expose them for the shills they are!

THIS is a straw man argument.

Where's your link/your proof that Fox represents the RNC? Obama and his White House have come out and publicly said that Fox isn't a news organization and will be treated as such. That IS trying to silence them. Why else would they say it? Therefore, once again, Obama's White House violates the constitution, which used to bug you liberals when you claimed Bush did it, but now it's OK. Can you say "hypocrite?"

They're not trying to silence Fox "News." They're trying to regulate what they can say because they've proved over and over again that they're not a legitimate news outlet.
Listening to Fox News is like taking the National Enquirer seriously.

Your question lost all validity in my mind when you used the term "faux news"...im not a fan of Fox either but the steps Obama has taken against the free press are indicitive of serious issues.
