Easiest thing to use is Windows Movie Maker. It should take you literally 30 seconds. Just do it like this:
1. Open Windows Movie Maker (everyone should have it on their computer - it's a default program).
2. On the left menu, click on Import: Images. Find where all your photos are in your documents, highlight them and press 'ok'. They'll import into movie maker.
3. The photos will all be inside movie maker now. Just highlight them all and drag them into the storyboard at the bottom of the screen.
4. On the bottom bar, it will say 'storyboard' in the top left of the bar. Click it, and change it to 'timeline'. Here you will see your photos on the 'video' line, and an empty 'audio' line. Import your audio the same way as you imported the photos, and drag it into this audio line.
Done!
Some extra tips: you can change how long the photos stay on-screen for by clicking and dragging their length in the 'timeline' bar. Shorter length = shorter time on-screen.
You can add transitions by clicking 'edit: transitions' in the menu on the left of the screen. You drag the transitions into the smaller boxes between your photos on the storyboard.
You can also add a title to the start, or credits at the end, by clicking 'edit: titles and credits' in the menu on the left of the screen.
MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU'RE DONE, YOU CLICK 'PUBLISH TO: THIS COMPUTER'. It's in the menu on the left of the screen. If you just save it as a 'windows movie maker project', then if you move the files it'll ruin it. Make sure you publish it somewhere! This also makes it uneditable however, so make sure you're completely done.
Hope this helps. It's really simple.
