I'm a hybrid of a few stereotypes.
I wear collared shirts, but they are not striped, nor do they have popped collars.
I listen to metal and stuff, but I do not have a mohawk or tight pants.
I have very casual, baggy clothes, but am not a lazy bum who hangs around McDonald's.
I am interested in sports and working out, but do not take athletics very seriously.

But neough about me, let's talk about how that one person gets 5.50 an hour at Abercrombie!!! :eek:
 
Yeah, it's a damn shame. We get a raise of an entire quarter after the first six months, then it's every year I think. Sorry, I can't remember, besides I'm not planning on staying THAT long.

I've discussed this with one of my co-workers, and we've calculated that it would take us about 27 hours to make enough money to buy one very decked out tank-top. Just one.
 
yeah i'm a hybridy thing too.

One day, I'll wear baggy pants and a hoody and maybe a beanie if i have one lying around

The next day I'll wear a striped collared shirt and my corduroy jacket with some khackis

And if i'm really lazy ill just wear some shorts and a t-shirt.
 
yeah im about the same way anger.
i listen to everything sept Country.... and emo. but i dress nice...r ?? lol casual jeans but usually a button up shirt.. collar Down. meh ya know. But i also do alot of dancing which i add into the mix sometimes so kinda all over the map.
 
No, that's for full price. With employee discount, which is 30%, we would only have to pay $103.95, not too bad huh (sarcasticly said)?

And I'm quitting real soon to get a job with the "Dip and Dots" in front of the A&F that'll pay me $9.00 per hr I think, I'm not so sure.

Rich people rule.I'm not rich, but damn it I'm trying to be one.Then I can turn my back on all my friends just because I can and I heard that rich people do this.I'll also get myself one of those slaves they call butlers.

Oh and I read somewhere that someone is an immigrant from Laos, well you can work hard in the US then return to Laos and be really really rich, I mean 5.50$ an hour is probably the monthly income of the average man in Laos.Provided that there is a coup de'etat and the communist are overthrown though.Communists suck.
 
big ben, here is some advice learn not to judge people by who they hang out with and the way they dress. Just because they hang around with people that listen to heavy metal or people that drive nice cars and have nice clothes doesn't mean they are bitches. I learned that as I'm sure you will if you keep an open mind and try to get to know everyone before judging them.
 
Actually, minimum wage is different for every state. In Michigan it's actually $5.15 an hour. So, I'm not being paid the minimum wage, but it is pretty close.



That was me, and when I become a fine citizen of this fine country, I will have dual citizenship with the Philippines. So, my plan is to buy land in the Philippines and expoit the people and the land, make some kind of product there for cheap labor, and sell the goods here in the US for a whole lot more then it took for me to actually make it. My plan for the future. Mwah-haha! And on your communists suck comment, that's why my family had to leave Laos to begin with. Damn commies...
