today i posted a thread about jocks and goths, i forgot one major group who i hate the most. preps just cause there parents have money and they are a bunch of spoiled little brats they think they are top dog. well i got news your folks are rich not you, just because you have ambercrombie and bitch cloths adn edie bower jewelry and you drive in a brand new car that your parents are paying for right down to your tickets, insurance, and chances are your gas doesnt give oyu the right to treat me or anyone else worse than you because the people like me who have been working for there own money, the guys who do all the dirty jobs that get laffed at because they suck shit for a living but at least we got self respaecyt for us and everyone else who had it rough growing up, while your parents are paying your way into some ivy league college ill be happy to go to a community college while scraping up money to get my dads bail. so my point is just cause you were born into money doesnt mean your any better then me and my junk yard friends

Ok.. first of all there are some who dont act like most. Sure i wear Hollister and Aeropostale and shit like that, i take advantage at the fact i get shit when i want it. But i dont treat people like im better than them, never have and probably wont. And ya i hate goths and jocks too :thumbsdn:
 
I am by no means rich. My family immigrated from Laos way back when, and there's seven, count them, seven kids in the family. Granted we are all above the age of 17 now, we still depend on our parents and eachother for that matter.

Yes, if anyone read my other reply in the A&F thread, you will see that I work at A&F. And save your "fuck you's" and your "sell-out" comments, this is not Bait and Tackle. I get paid $5.50 and hour, I'm a full time student, and living with my traditional family there's a lot of time and energy put into "family time." Some will call me "preppy" but that is thanks to the fact that I have three other sisters who are the same size as me. Which means that I get hand-me-downs. And my parents didn't buy me my car, I did. Plus, I'm paying for gas, food, and insurance for myself, in addition to giving my little sister money when my parents don't have the cash on them.

So please, don't go off on the "preppy" crowd. Don't draw a fallacy for one and all. As you can see, my outside appearance as a "preppy" has absolutely no connection to who I am, a hard working student.
