I joined Track and Field, and turned out that I am a fast runner. I just had a small tournament with another school and my time for 100M was 12.7? i can't remember, but next week I measured my time during practice and it was only 13.0 sec. i am a bit worried about the big tournament coming in about a month.
Can anyone give me advices in exercises, breathing techniques, diets?? Is it possibe that I can run the 100m under 12.5 sec in one month? because that the Middle School record, and this is the last year i am in middle school. so any advices on how to improve my speed???
